Manufacturing Operator

Location: US-VT-Winooski; onsite, day shift

Salary: $19.00–$27.64 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits

What you will do

• Perform assembly, fabrication, inspection, and product testing processes.
• Collect and report production data in compliance with Quality and ISO standards.
• Maintain shop supplies, floor stock, tools, and production equipment.
• Inspect build quality and test data before finished goods leave the work area.
• Support material transactions, new product introductions, and activities within the work cell and assembly area.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing practices and frequently lift and move units weighing up to 40 pounds to heights of 5 feet.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in electromechanical assembly, testing, or inspection.
• Ability to read written instructions and follow requirements.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Dependability and availability for varied tasks and activities.

Nice to have

• Associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience.
• Knowledge of Windows, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical or assembly drawings.
• Technical troubleshooting capability and Lean Manufacturing experience.
