What you will do

• Define objectives, milestones, outcomes, viability studies, and resource plans for assigned projects and programs.
• Deliver projects and programs according to product and process requirements, budgets, resource plans, and timelines.
• Document project, program, and process development and communicate relevant information across functions.
• Manage material and financial resources effectively and collaborate with staff to maximize project productivity.
• Lead research and development of new technologies and incorporate resulting processes, designs, and methodologies into products and services.
• Lead projects with notable risk and complexity and develop execution strategies.

Requirements

• Regarded as a technical expert in the relevant discipline with broad knowledge of related functions.
• Ability to anticipate business and regulatory issues and recommend product, process, or service improvements.
• Ability to solve unique and complex problems with broad business impact using conceptual and innovative thinking.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas and persuade senior stakeholders to adopt different points of view.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Ability to work in demanding environments, including extended standing, tight spaces, noise, and potential clean-room conditions with required personal protective equipment.
