Strategic Sourcing Manager – IT & Cloud Infrastructure

Salary: $83,200–$104,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute multi-year category strategies for IT and cloud infrastructure spend.
• Advise IT leadership and partner with internal stakeholders on sourcing opportunities, project timelines, and renewals.
• Lead competitive bidding and end-to-end negotiations for enterprise software agreements and cloud services.
• Review and red-line Master Agreements and Statements of Work.
• Collaborate with Legal, Information Security, and Privacy to mitigate contractual and compliance risks.
• Track savings, competitive events, spend, and performance metrics.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of professional experience in IT software procurement.
• Experience managing large-scale contract spend, including portfolios of $50M or more annually.
• Strong experience negotiating enterprise agreements and niche software or SaaS contracts.
• Advanced ability to interpret and red-line complex legal and commercial terms.
• Ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at the executive level.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain is preferred.

Nice to have

• MBA.
• Experience with Ariba or similar enterprise procurement and sourcing platforms.
• Success working in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities and ambiguous requirements.
