What you will do

• Develop and execute multi-year category strategies to optimize global IT spend.
• Act as a primary commercial advisor to IT leadership to align procurement with digital transformation.
• Lead end-to-end negotiations for complex Enterprise Software Agreements and Cloud services.
• Manage the red-lining process for Master Agreements and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Collaborate with Legal, Information Security, and Privacy teams to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
• Own the tracking of savings and maintain rigorous documentation of spend and performance metrics.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of professional experience in IT software procurement.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale contract spend (e.g., $50M+ annual portfolio).
• Deep expertise in negotiating enterprise agreements and SaaS contracts.
• Advanced ability to read, interpret, and red-line complex legal and commercial terms.
• Exceptional ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at the executive level.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain; MBA is highly preferred.
• Experience with enterprise procurement platforms such as Ariba.
• Proven success in dynamic, fast-moving environments with shifting priorities.
