Solution Engineer III (C#)

Location: Overland Park, Kansas, United States; onsite. Applicants for this U.S.-based position must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

What you will do

• Collaborate with sales, project management, solution development, and implementation teams to understand client requirements and recommend technical solutions.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, gather and document requirements, and assess the feasibility of custom solutions.
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance custom solutions using development tools and technical modalities.
• Perform debugging and root cause analysis, documenting troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
• Demonstrate solution applications and communicate feasibility, recommendations, and scope clearly to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in programming and software development across the software development lifecycle.
• Experience with C# development, SQL development, database querying, coding, testing, and debugging.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, GitHub, web services, and Web APIs.
• Ability to gather requirements, analyze business needs, design solutions, and communicate technical concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude or GitHub Copilot.
• Interest in adopting emerging AI technologies and AI-enabled tools.
• Experience in consulting, implementation, professional services, or other client-facing technical environments.
