Senior Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Exton, Pennsylvania; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; or Huntsville, Alabama, United States

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of software engineering experience designing, delivering, and improving production software systems.
• Experience building reliable services or products and communicating technical tradeoffs across engineering, product, and stakeholder groups.
• Ability to work from ambiguity to clear technical requirements, architecture decisions, and scalable implementation plans.
• Strong ownership, collaboration, pragmatic decision-making, and continuous learning skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI agents, AI-assisted development workflows, or intelligent automation in production engineering environments.
• Hands-on experience with C#, SQL, .NET Standard/Core, Git, REST APIs, cloud services, and distributed service integrations.
• Knowledge of agile Scrum, test-driven development, continuous delivery, observability, DevOps, object-oriented design, and system design.
• Experience with TypeScript, Cosmos DB, cloud-native application patterns, front-end platforms, Microsoft development tools, unit testing frameworks, or developer automation.

• Design and build AI-enabled forms workflows that transform field data, project activity, and human decisions into actionable systems.
• Integrate AI agents into the development lifecycle to improve engineering productivity and delivery.
• Build and evolve cloud platform services, REST APIs, web experiences, and distributed integrations for global-scale infrastructure workflows.
• Translate customer, product, and platform needs into technical requirements, architecture decisions, and implementation plans.
• Improve service resilience, observability, performance, security, and readiness for AI-augmented workflows.
• Own delivery end to end, from design and implementation through deployment, telemetry, and continuous improvement.
