Product Owner Lead

What you will do

• Strategically manage the development of a high-visibility product within the portfolio.
• Work with engineering teams to clarify business requirements, acceptance criteria, and project expectations.
• Create user stories and acceptance tests for features and change requests.
• Prioritize product backlog items according to business value, delivery effort, and sequencing.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers on product mockups and review prototypes for feasibility.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer stakeholders while communicating project status and roadblocks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Product Owner.
• Experience delivering cloud-based software projects.
• Knowledge and practical experience with Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of distributed programming models, web services, and modular software approaches.
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and other product and delivery collaboration tools.

Nice to have

• Experience understanding or creating OpenAPI specifications.
• Comfort using AI tools, prompting, and AI assistants in product delivery.
