What you will do

• Act as the primary communication channel for stakeholders, gathering requirements and aligning expectations on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Translate business needs into actionable product specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and Definition of Done.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, user needs, technical effort, and delivery priorities.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to break down epics and validate delivered features through functional testing and UAT.
• Maintain the product roadmap, identify bottlenecks, and recommend continuous user experience improvements.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, discovery sessions, product reviews, and collaboration with international clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience working on software projects, preferably involving high-impact or business-critical web applications.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban, including agile ceremony facilitation and value flow management.
• Experience with functional validation, UAT, user stories, acceptance criteria, and Definition of Done.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence, plus strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced or fluent English is required for communication with global stakeholders and clients.
