What you will do
- Lead regulatory demands, strategic projects, and continuous-improvement initiatives in the insurance sector.
- Manage multiple projects from planning and development through implementation and closure.
- Establish project governance standards, documentation practices, budgets, timelines, and reporting.
- Track milestones, SLAs, deadlines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Analyze operational issues, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions.
- Coordinate business, technology, underwriting, and other stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law, Actuarial Science, Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in the insurance industry, preferably in product management, operations, project management, or continuous improvement.
- Understanding of the insurance lifecycle, products, policies, and general conditions.
- Experience managing projects and applying Lean, Scrum, Kanban, or Design Thinking.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with Azure DevOps and project-tracking tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder-management, ownership, and leadership skills.
Nice to have
- MBA or postgraduate qualification.
- Experience in transport insurance.
- Dashboard development experience.
