What you will do

• Conduct onsite safety inspections, observations, audits, assessments, and follow-up on identified issues.
• Support hazard identification, risk assessments, and control measures for high-risk activities, including lifting plans, permits, and task planning.
• Engage with general contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to verify EHS implementation and compliance.
• Maintain EHS documentation, training and competency records, inspection records, site-specific EHS plans, and CEMPs.
• Track EHS KPIs, findings, trends, corrective actions, and preventive actions.
• Support incident and near-miss investigations, emergency preparedness, safety meetings, toolbox talks, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 4–5+ years of EHS or construction safety experience.
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, hazard identification, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Experience with site inspections, audits, safety observations, high-risk activities, EHS documentation, reporting, and corrective actions.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHS reporting systems.
• Professional-level English proficiency, written and verbal.
