Commercial Cash Management Manager – Bilingual

Location: Montréal, QC, Canada. Legal eligibility to work at the specified location is required; a valid work or study permit may be required where applicable. The proportion of on-site and remote work will be discussed during the interview.

What you will do

• Develop and grow a portfolio of treasury and cash management-intensive companies.
• Build relationships with CEOs, CFOs, treasurers, clients, and prospective clients.
• Perform needs analysis and assess payment and transaction requirements.
• Develop and present tailored cash management solutions and conclude sales.
• Generate new client relationships through business development, referrals, and outreach.
• Collaborate with Commercial Banking Relationship Managers and internal partners to maximize sales opportunities.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in commercial banking cash management.
• Experience with treasury and cash management functions, including payments and transactions, within mid-market and larger organizations.
• Degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Fluency in French and English is required to serve clients in the community.
• Relationship-building, business development, client service, portfolio management, and financial advising skills.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada at the specified location is required.

Nice to have

• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation.
