Location: Los Angeles, CA; onsite at client sites

Salary: $175,000–$192,000 per year

What you will do

• Plan, develop, monitor, and control program-wide project schedules.
• Maintain baseline, master, detailed, resource-loaded, and cost-loaded schedules aligned with scope, milestones, resources, costs, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate schedule, cost, risk, program management, design, and construction activities.
• Review construction progress and contractor schedules for compliance, logic, milestones, baselines, and reporting requirements.
• Perform schedule QA/QC, critical path reviews, time impact analyses, delay analyses, and schedule-impact investigations.
• Identify schedule risks and delays, support recovery strategies, lead schedule discussions, and prepare performance reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of recent capital construction scheduling experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, or Construction Management, or qualifying equivalent experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera Scheduling Software and Microsoft Office, including Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with cost- and resource-loaded schedules.
• Knowledge of the Earned Value Management System or a similar business process.
• Ability to work onsite with clients and partners.

• AACE Planning & Scheduling Professional certification.
• PMI Project Management Professional certification.
