Data Center Project Controls Lead

Location: On-site in Austin, TX; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; or Seattle, WA

Salary: $171K–$265K per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own the project master schedule and delivery roadmap across a portfolio of large-scale data center builds.
• Lead regional project controls and scheduling teams, set goals, and monitor progress.
• Integrate design, procurement, permitting, and construction schedules into enterprise-level program plans.
• Manage change orders, claims, delay and productivity analyses, and dispute-resolution support.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, reporting processes, and training programs for project controls.
• Partner with Operations, Legal, Finance, Estimating, VDC, Safety, and Quality on risks, contracts, and project integration.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of construction experience, including 7+ years in project controls or scheduling.
• 7+ years handling scheduling and productivity claims.
• Strong leadership experience and experience implementing company-wide procedures.
• Proficiency in CPM scheduling, contracts, risk processes, self-perform productivity, financial and cost systems, forecasting, and risk evaluation.
• Expertise in P6, Microsoft Suite, and Bluebeam; knowledge of VDC tools and ability to travel within the region.
