Senior Manager, Talent Intelligence and Sourcing (Hybrid - Acton, MA or San Diego, CA)

Location: Hybrid with required on-site work at an hirify.global office in Acton, Massachusetts or San Diego, California

Salary: $149,500–$224,200 annual base salary for U.S.-based positions, with possible incentive compensation

What you will do

• Lead global talent intelligence and sourcing strategy across multiple locations.
• Conduct market research covering talent trends, competitive intelligence, compensation, hiring practices, and talent availability.
• Create talent maps, market intelligence reports, and data visualizations for workforce planning and senior leadership.
• Use professional networks, social media, job boards, direct outreach, and personalized campaigns to build qualified talent pipelines.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, HR, and business leaders to align sourcing strategies with organizational and site expansion goals.
• Train Talent Acquisition team members, report on sourcing performance, improve processes, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience in talent intelligence, strategic sourcing, recruitment, or a related field, preferably with global exposure.
• Expertise in market analysis, data-driven decision-making, and talent strategy development.
• Advanced proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical and data visualization skills, including experience with Power BI.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Fluency in English and willingness to work on-site as part of a hybrid arrangement are required. Experience with Workday and Microsoft Office Suite is also expected.
