What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of recruiters focused on the tech ecosystem, fostering a culture of coaching and high performance.
• Own the 1+ year strategic talent plan for multiple organizations, aligning recruiting priorities with product roadmaps.
• Scale capabilities to hire AI/ML and AI-fluent engineering talent through market intelligence and tailored engagement.
• Utilize data and recruiting analytics to drive informed decisions and improve funnel performance.
• Partner cross-functionally with HRBPs, Talent Intelligence, and Marketing to deliver a seamless candidate experience.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior tech leaders, providing market perspective and bold talent recommendations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of recruiting experience with a significant focus on technical hiring.
• At least 5 years of experience leading recruiting teams.
• Demonstrated ability to build and execute talent strategies for complex technical organizations.
• Deep domain expertise in technical recruiting, including fluency in engineering job families and leveling.
• Proven track record of using data and analytics to influence stakeholder conversations.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
