Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Consulting

Location: Hybrid office environment in Chicago, IL; willingness to travel required.

Salary: $77,400–$135,400 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across the Kaufman Hall Consulting Business Unit.
• Source and identify candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, networking, and other talent platforms.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Manage screening, interview scheduling, feedback collection, offer negotiation, and candidate closing.
• Advise hiring teams on interviewing techniques and create supporting tools and processes.
• Collaborate with HR on onboarding, employment branding, reporting, and related processes.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of relevant talent acquisition or recruiting experience.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting in executive search, contingency search, management consulting, or a comparable professional services environment.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, influencing, organizational, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while maintaining confidentiality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; a relevant degree is preferred.
