Project Field Manager

Location: Houston, TX, United States; full-time onsite work in the project office and on the construction site, with occasional remote work.

Salary: $98,000–$130,000 annual base salary, plus benefits and a discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Provide full-time onsite representation for the project team and coordinate directly with the Project Director and Project Executive.
• Manage and monitor owner/developer contracts, construction progress, project schedules, site logistics, sequencing, inspections, testing, and material deliveries.
• Facilitate RFI, submittal, procurement, and cause-log processes to keep information and work progressing on schedule.
• Track scope changes, delay claims, change orders, and related cost and schedule impacts; analyze requests and provide recommendations.
• Participate in design coordination, construction, subcontractor, RFI, submittal, and OAC meetings and contribute to monthly project reporting.
• Manage project closeout, punch lists, final acceptance, documentation, and the procurement, delivery, coordination, and installation of owner FF&E.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in construction or a related services industry.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and adapt communication style to different audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented approach.
• Ability to work onsite full time in Houston, TX.
