Senior Manager, IT (SAP)

Location: Remote; 20% domestic travel required

Salary: $209,394–$234,375 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus

What you will do

• Develop a technology roadmap spanning SAP S/4HANA, SAP S/4HANA Cloud for Receivables Management, SAP Commerce Cloud, and SAP Paybacks and Chargebacks by Vistex.
• Lead SAP Order to Cash processes covering sales, invoicing, credit management, pricing, delivery, customer service, configuration, integration, customization, master data, and reporting.
• Design reporting and analytics solutions with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud to support data-driven decisions and process improvement.
• Define OKRs and KPIs, analyze performance trends, and provide recommendations and updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Use design thinking and SAP Business Technology Platform extensibility to improve the end-user experience and expand Order to Cash capabilities.
• Manage, mentor, and supervise IT Business Analysts, Software Engineers, and Subject Matter Specialists, including work assignment and performance reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 72 months of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the offered role or a related occupation.
• Experience configuring SAP Sales & Distribution, Order to Cash, SAP Commerce Cloud, and Receivables Management.
• Experience in business and financial management, product development, solution design, contract management, data management, and enterprise integration platforms.
• Knowledge of data modeling, integration frameworks, and IT practices such as ITIL, SDLC, or Agile.
• Ability to supervise assigned team members working in person and remotely; 20% domestic travel is required.
