S4- Hana Commercial Application Development Lead (SAP)

Location: Hybrid role requiring onsite work Tuesday–Thursday in Wilmington, Delaware, United States

Salary: $127,680–$199,500 per year, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end SAP solution delivery from technical design through deployment across complex initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership for the global SAP ECC-to-S/4HANA Private Cloud transformation and customer experience modernization.
• Design clean-core SAP architectures, SAP BTP side-by-side extensions, and API-led integrations using SAP Integration Suite.
• Use LeanIX and Signavio to support enterprise architecture, process modeling, and application rationalization.
• Oversee release planning, change management, cutover, deployments, and post-go-live hypercare.
• Mentor global onshore and offshore teams and coordinate third-party delivery partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 8+ years of SAP experience, including 6+ years in technical leadership roles guiding large-scale delivery teams.
• Experience delivering large-scale SAP ECC and/or CRM to S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Deep expertise in S/4HANA architecture, ABAP RAP, CAP, SAP BTP, and hands-on ABAP development.
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite, REST, SOAP, event-driven integration, DevOps pipelines, Git-based deployments, and CI/CD.
• Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash, Complaint-to-Cash, and Finance processes, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP C4C, SAP FSM, SAP CPQ, and/or Salesforce.
• Working knowledge of LeanIX, Signavio, and business process management tools.
• Experience applying AI-assisted development tools such as SAP Joule.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, hybrid delivery models, change management, and regulated enterprise environments.
