Manager - SAP FICO (S/4HANA)

Location: Remote, US; the position is associated with Parsippany, New Jersey, and may require travel according to project needs.

Salary: $144,100–$192,100 per year

What you will do

• Lead the SAP FICO functional area and manage the SAP FICO team, providing portfolio-level oversight and subject matter expertise.
• Architect global SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling solutions for the Defense Electronics segment in alignment with enterprise standards.
• Own end-to-end solution architecture across GL, AP, AR, asset accounting, cash management, treasury, cost center accounting, internal orders, product costing, profitability analysis, and material ledger.
• Integrate SAP FICO with SAP Project Systems, including WBS structures, budget control, settlement, and asset capitalization.
• Advise Finance and Controlling stakeholders, maintain the finance systems roadmap, and drive global template standardization.
• Support application management, defect resolution, process documentation, technical specifications, and end-user training materials.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with SAP Finance and Controlling.
• Experience with at least two SAP S/4HANA implementation projects and a minimum of three SAP Finance lifecycle implementations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP GL, Asset Accounting, CO-PC, CO-PA, and integrations with other SAP modules.
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Core, the S/4HANA data model, SAP Fiori apps, Finance data extraction, and data cleansing.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum processes, testing tools, stakeholder work sessions, and meeting project deliverables.
• Must be able to work remotely from the US and travel as required by project needs.
