ERP Sales Systems Lead (SAP S/4HANA)

Salary: $171,191.48–$285,319.13 USD annual base pay

What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution solutions for sales, distribution, customer fulfillment, and vehicle sales.
• Own the long-term Order-to-Cash architecture and define end-to-end solutions aligned with enterprise requirements and SAP best practices.
• Provide functional leadership across SAP SD, Vehicle Management System, Variant Configuration, pricing, customer master data, and logistics execution.
• Design scalable processes for direct-to-consumer, dealer, fleet, and aftermarket business models.
• Lead integration design across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and dealer or retail operations.
• Drive standardization, process simplification, implementation-partner alignment, and SAP S/4HANA capability adoption.

Requirements

• 10+ years of SAP Order-to-Cash experience, including multiple full-lifecycle SAP implementations.
• 3+ years of SAP S/4HANA solution architecture experience and experience with greenfield implementations or transformation programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain business processes.
• Ability to define and defend clean-core and fit-to-standard designs while limiting unnecessary customization.
• Experience writing functional specifications, leading finance-side user acceptance testing, and supporting go-live and stabilization; familiarity with SOX requirements is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in the automotive, electric vehicle, or discrete manufacturing industries.
• Expertise with SAP Vehicle Management System and SAP Variant Configuration or Advanced Variant Configuration.
• Experience in a pre-IPO or recently public-company environment.
