Paralegal (Serious Injury Litigation)

What you will do

• Support lawyers and senior fee earners on complex, high-value serious and catastrophic injury claims.
• Assist with case management from inception through conclusion.
• Draft legal documents, witness statements, and correspondence.
• Review medical records, expert evidence, and case documentation.
• Conduct legal and factual research and liaise with clients, experts, counsel, courts, and rehabilitation providers.
• Prepare cases for conferences, settlement meetings, and trials while maintaining accurate records and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Law degree or equivalent legal qualification.
• At least two years of experience as a personal injury paralegal.
• Experience managing a caseload or supporting complex litigation matters.
• Experience using a case management system.
• Strong legal research, analytical, written, verbal, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
• Commitment to claimant work and exceptional client care.
