Read Services Specialist (Medical Imaging)

What you will do

• Generate, validate, and process reader invoices for imaging reads, training, consultations, and study-related services.
• Reconcile reader activity data across internal applications, Salesforce, reporting tools, and financial systems.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies involving read counts, activity tracking, invoices, and payments.
• Prepare estimated and actual reader fee reports to support monthly accruals and financial analysis.
• Maintain reader records, credentials, financial documentation, W-9 forms, disclosures, and audit-ready files.
• Coordinate with readers, Finance, Accounts Payable, Project Management, and Reader Operations to resolve issues and support study timelines.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in invoicing, accounts payable or receivable, financial operations, clinical trial operations, healthcare administration, or related support functions.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data reconciliation, pivot tables, reporting, and analysis.
• Experience validating and reconciling data across multiple systems, databases, and operational reports.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret contractual payment terms and apply them accurately while managing multiple deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience in a regulated environment such as clinical research, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical imaging.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM systems, financial software, or clinical trial management platforms.
• Experience with accrual reporting, invoice validation, financial reporting, and payment processing.
