Coordinator, Image Management

Location: Remote, United States. Candidates in AZ, CT, DE, FL, GA, IL, MA, MO, NH, NJ, NC, PA, UT, and VA are preferred.

Salary: $19–$25 per hour

What you will do

• Manage clinical imaging data, including PET, SPECT, CT, and MRI files, for clinical research trials.
• Enter, track, review, reconcile, and maintain image data in electronic systems.
• Transfer large image-based data files between remote research sites and archive media.
• Monitor data quality, image format protocols, study timelines, and quality assurance processes.
• Troubleshoot transfer errors and permission access issues while supporting remote research centers.
• Communicate with internal project teams and external research centers to resolve data issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; clinical research or computer-related experience preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, administrative, organizational, and process-management skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including comparing and merging documents and tracking changes.
• Experience demonstrating strong organization and reliable follow-through on procedures.
• Must be based in the United States; remote work is limited to the US.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with radiological images and DICOM.
• Experience in clinical research or a computer-related field.
