What you will do

• Supervise teammates handling billing, coding, AR, denials, insurance follow-up, payment posting, and customer service.
• Monitor daily, weekly, monthly KPIs to identify trends and implement action plans improving collections, cash flow, and claim timelines.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payer policies.
• Resolve escalated billing issues, patient concerns, claim problems, and audit inquiries.
• Lead operational improvements, maintain vendor and client relationships, and manage team hiring, training, performance, and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• 7+ years healthcare revenue cycle experience, including 3–5 years supervisory
• Strong knowledge of medical billing, collections, CPT, ICD-9/10 coding standards
• Experience with radiology billing and revenue cycle management preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), leadership, communication, project management skills
