Clinical Data Manager I

Location: Remote (US); candidates in AZ, CT, DE, FL, GA, IL, MA, MO, NH, NJ, NC, PA, UT, and VA are preferred.

Annual base salary: $52,520–$75,028.

What you will do

• Manage clinical data management deliverables for assigned studies and ensure clinical trial databases meet project requirements.
• Participate in sponsor meetings and collaborate with study project management and technical data management teams.
• Develop study-specific edit check criteria, run and review edit checks, and resolve discrepant data.
• Perform study setup, prepare specifications, maintain documentation, and obtain required approvals.
• Coordinate the receipt and processing of electronic and ancillary data from laboratories, CROs, and sponsors.
• Review clinical data for errors and inconsistencies, track outstanding issues, and ensure resolution in line with regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• Experience managing clinical trial data and clinical database deliverables.
• Understanding of study implementation and clinical data collection requirements.
• Ability to define, run, and review edit checks and resolve data discrepancies.
• Ability to collaborate with sponsors and cross-functional project teams.
• Ability to maintain complete study documentation and monitor project status.
