Senior Clinical Application Specialist (Medical Imaging)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role can be office-based or remote and requires occasional travel to client sites, conferences, exhibitions, and trade shows.

What you will do

• Serve as a software expert for clients and internal teams.
• Conduct remote and on-site webinars, workshops, demonstrations, training sessions, and technical support activities for hirify.global applications.
• Create presentations, videos, user manuals, video tutorials, and other training and technical support materials.
• Communicate client feedback and product improvement suggestions to development, product management, and quality assurance teams.
• Support product setup and demonstrate medical imaging solutions at conferences, exhibitions, and trade shows.
• Work with technical teams and user groups to resolve client issues involving hardware, software, databases, and peripherals.

Requirements

• Excellent English language skills required.
• Experience as a radiology technologist or in a similar clinical role, with a strong understanding of medical imaging and industry challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in Radiology, Biomedical Engineering, or a similar field required.
• Strong presentation and sales skills, with the ability to absorb and explain highly technical information.
• Customer-centric approach, strong time management, prioritization, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and information technology.
