Principal Product Manager (AI)

Salary: $205,000–$240,000 annually

hirify.global is a digital health company applying AI Digital Twin technology to metabolic health. Its platform builds real-time models of members’ metabolism and behavior using data from sensors, meals, sleep, movement, labs, and daily choices, with clinical care team support.

What you will do

• Define the Digital Twin intelligence system and translate the Sense → Understand → Decide → Act → Learn loop into a scalable agent system.
• Design how the Digital Twin reasons, responds, escalates, and coordinates across text, voice, and proactive experiences.
• Build specialized agent systems for sensor intelligence, scheduling, nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress, insights, app help, and operational support.
• Create platform primitives for agent creation and orchestration, memory and personalization, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Develop conversational experiences across chat, two-way voice, and ambient guidance in partnership with AI Engineering, Design, Clinical, and Product teams.
• Establish metrics and evaluation systems for guidance quality, conversation effectiveness, problem resolution, and behavior change.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience or equivalent impact, including significant experience building AI-native products.
• 3+ years building and shipping products powered by LLMs, agents, RAG, and personalization systems.
• Track record of owning complex, system-level products.
• Experience shipping conversational or voice experiences with measurable impact.
• Strong product judgment and analytical skills in experimentation, evaluation design, and KPI definition.
• Builder mindset with the ability to move quickly from concept to shipped system.
