Junior Inventory Analyst, Rentals (SQL/Python): Analysing spare-parts consumption, inventory levels, purchasing data, and operational KPIs to support demand planning and e-bike and e-scooter availability with an accent on forecasting, dashboards, and inventory performance. Focus on automating reporting and data workflows, identifying stock and cost anomalies, and improving planning accuracy across procurement and warehouse operations.
Location: Tallinn, Estonia; hybrid with at least 12 monthly in-office days

What you will do
- Analyse spare-parts consumption, inventory levels, and market trends to support purchasing recommendations and demand planning.
- Maintain and improve planning tools, reports, dashboards, and operational KPI monitoring.
- Identify stock issues, cost anomalies, data inconsistencies, and recurring process gaps, supporting root-cause analysis.
- Automate reporting, data maintenance, and workflow steps using Google Sheets, Excel, SQL, Python, Apps Script, or similar tools.
- Support spare-parts forecasting, procurement checks, purchase-order data validation, and planning accuracy improvements.
- Collaborate with inventory, warehousing, procurement, and central operations teams to improve data visibility and documentation.
Requirements
- Experience in supply chain, inventory management, demand planning, logistics, or operational analytics.
- Ability to analyse sales, consumption, inventory, or market data and convert trends into forecasts or planning recommendations.
- Strong skills in Google Sheets or Excel and SQL; Python, Apps Script, or similar automation tools are valuable.
- Experience building reports, dashboards, or visualisations with Looker or similar tools.
- Structured, detail-oriented approach to operational data and clear communication in English.
- Must be based in Tallinn, Estonia; relocation support and visa sponsorship are not provided.
