What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end hiring for applications engineering roles globally.
  • Source and engage high-quality software engineering talent across multiple markets.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and founders on hiring strategy and talent calibration.
  • Assess candidate quality through career progression, technical depth, and execution signals.
  • Drive interview coordination, candidate management, and closing processes.
  • Improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and hiring quality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience recruiting software engineering talent in technology companies.
  • Strong sourcing and talent mapping capability across global markets.
  • Good understanding of engineering roles, technical stacks, and organizational structures.
  • Ability to identify high-quality talent beyond pedigree and company brands.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement ability.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving and ambiguous environments.
