Talent Acquisition Specialist (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions, locations, and regions.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to define hiring needs, candidate profiles, and priorities.
• Source, screen, assess, and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, networking, and direct outreach.
• Build talent pipelines, conduct talent mapping and market research, and provide hiring updates and pipeline insights.
• Coordinate interviews, maintain accurate ATS records, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Support recruitment process improvements, hiring initiatives, and employer branding activities.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, executive search, staffing, or a related field.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment and recruiting across corporate functions such as Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Product, and Engineering.
• Strong sourcing, candidate assessment, interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, ownership, resilience, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.
• Fluent English is required.
• Ability to work remotely with colleagues across multiple countries and time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience in technology companies, startups, recruitment agencies, or high-growth organizations.
• Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, or Japanese language capabilities.
