What you will do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles across Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Product, Engineering, and other functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, candidate profiles, and priorities.
- Source, screen, assess, and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, networking, and direct outreach.
- Build talent pipelines, conduct talent mapping and market research, and provide hiring insights.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate ATS records and support recruitment improvements, hiring initiatives, and employer branding.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, Staffing, or a related field.
- Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sourcing, candidate assessment, interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience recruiting across multiple corporate functions and markets.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, ownership, resilience, adaptability, and proactive execution.
- Fluency in English is required; the role involves collaboration across countries and time zones.
Nice to have
- Experience in technology companies, startups, recruitment agencies, or high-growth organizations.
- Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, or Japanese language capabilities.
