Talent Acquisition Specialist (Fintech): Managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and regions with an accent on sourcing, candidate assessment, talent pipelines, and stakeholder partnership. Location: Hybrid in Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia; office attendance required at least 3 days per week

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across multiple functions, regions, and locations.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define hiring needs, candidate profiles, and priorities.
- Source, screen, assess, and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, networking, and direct outreach.
- Build talent pipelines, conduct talent mapping and market research, and provide hiring and pipeline insights.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain a positive candidate experience and accurate ATS records.
- Support recruitment process improvements, hiring initiatives, employer branding, and collaboration across the recruiting organization.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, Staffing, or a related field.
- Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sourcing, candidate assessment, interviewing, communication, stakeholder management, organization, and execution skills.
- Experience recruiting across functions such as Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Product, Engineering, or other corporate teams.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Candidates must be based in, or able to work from, Malaysia and attend the local office at least 3 days per week.
Nice to have
- Experience in technology companies, startups, recruitment agencies, or high-growth organizations.
- Additional language capabilities such as Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, or Japanese.
