What you will do
- Lead end-to-end hiring for applications engineering roles on a global scale.
- Source and engage high-quality software engineering talent across multiple international markets.
- Partner with founders and hiring managers to define hiring strategies and talent calibration.
- Assess candidate quality based on career progression, technical depth, and execution signals.
- Drive interview coordination, candidate management, and closing processes.
- Build strong pipelines for backend, mobile, desktop, and product engineering talent.
Requirements
- Proven experience recruiting software engineering talent within technology companies.
- Strong sourcing and talent mapping capabilities across global markets.
- Deep understanding of engineering roles, technical stacks, and organizational structures.
- Ability to identify high-quality talent beyond pedigree and company brands.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving and ambiguous environments.
