What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end hiring for applications engineering roles on a global scale.
  • Source and engage high-quality software engineering talent across multiple international markets.
  • Partner with founders and hiring managers to define hiring strategies and talent calibration.
  • Assess candidate quality based on career progression, technical depth, and execution signals.
  • Drive interview coordination, candidate management, and closing processes.
  • Build strong pipelines for backend, mobile, desktop, and product engineering talent.

Requirements

  • Proven experience recruiting software engineering talent within technology companies.
  • Strong sourcing and talent mapping capabilities across global markets.
  • Deep understanding of engineering roles, technical stacks, and organizational structures.
  • Ability to identify high-quality talent beyond pedigree and company brands.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving and ambiguous environments.
