Regional Banking Relationship Manager III

Location: Denver, CO; office-based

Salary: $77,000–$154,000 per year, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain profitable business banking relationships with companies generating $2 million–$50 million in sales and with credit exposure up to $25 million.
• Prospect for new business and deepen existing customer relationships by understanding business needs and recommending solutions across the bank.
• Build external referral networks and collaborate with branch staff, loan center teams, servicing departments, and internal product partners.
• Manage credit portfolios, including quarterly reviews, required documentation, credit packages, renewals, and maturing loans.
• Maintain pricing discipline and credit quality standards while negotiating pricing and fees.
• Monitor daily overdrafts and support collections and financial recovery activities for past-due and graded credits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of four-year education and business banking or commercial experience.
• Minimum 5 years of business banking or commercial banking experience.
• Analytical, credit, negotiation, organizational, multitasking, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of business banking products, bank policies, procedures, products, and services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and PC proficiency.
• Ability to work from the Denver office.
