Salary: $128,800–$193,200 per year plus cash incentives

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop the branch team to meet operational, sales, and distribution objectives.
• Manage operating processes and expenses to support targeted profitability.
• Develop and evaluate distribution plans, delivery routes, new item distribution, and sales forecasts.
• Assess market conditions, competitive threats, and local dynamics affecting volume, share, and profit.
• Set branch KPI priorities and coordinate execution with cross-functional departments.
• Collaborate with sales and distribution teams, share best practices, and uphold company standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Direct Store Delivery management experience with a record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
• Key account management experience at district, regional, and national levels.
• Experience motivating and building successful sales teams and developing trade partnerships.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, training, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, computer ordering systems, and other IT systems.
• Previous P&L experience and English communication skills.
