Product & Application Developer Manager (Microsoft Stack)

Location: Fully onsite in Irvine, California, United States at 17901 Von Karman Avenue, Suite 700.

Salary: $128,311.44–$165,000 per year, with potential performance-based incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of software engineers developing custom applications for bank customers and associates.
• Drive engineering best practices across current and new software development projects.
• Manage team resources, hiring, retention, training, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify priorities and address resource needs.
• Facilitate team communication, remove roadblocks, and promote continuous improvement.
• Maintain compliance with applicable banking regulations, policies, and required training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years of relevant software development experience.
• 4–7 years of leadership or management experience with hiring and performance management responsibility.
• Experience across all facets of the software development life cycle and with custom application design and development.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies, web and mobile development, web services design and implementation, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks including Ember and Node.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or ScrumBan, plus experience building high-performing development teams.
