Lead Software Engineer (C#)

What you will do

• Design and develop secure, scalable, resilient enterprise applications using C#, JavaScript, Angular, and other modern technologies.
• Lead technical requirements gathering, solution design, architecture guidance, and application delivery across multiple technology stacks.
• Review and approve application designs, technical proposals, pull requests, code quality, testing methodologies, and code coverage.
• Lead authentication and authorization implementation using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, token-based security models, and identity and access management solutions.
• Oversee source control, branching, integration, release management, deployment, CI/CD, DevOps, monitoring, observability, and performance optimization.
• Coach and mentor engineers, communicate technical risks and recommendations, and partner with technology and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree with at least 7 years of systems analysis or application development experience, bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination including at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Expert proficiency in at least one relevant programming language and professional proficiency in at least one additional language.
• Advanced C# proficiency and experience developing enterprise-scale applications.
• Strong JavaScript and Angular development experience across multiple languages, frameworks, and technology stacks.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, application design patterns, distributed systems, authentication and authorization frameworks, and identity and access management.
• Hands-on experience with source control, CI/CD pipelines, automated builds and deployments, DevOps practices, application monitoring, observability, performance management, and Agile collaboration tools.

Nice to have

• Cloud-native development and experience with Azure or other cloud platforms.
• Experience leading technical projects, modernization efforts, architecture standards, and complex delivery initiatives.
• Experience mentoring engineers through code reviews, design reviews, and technical coaching.
