Technical Recruiter (AI)

Location: On-site in NoMad, New York City, five days per week

Salary: $100,000–$225,000 annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Own full-cycle technical recruiting from sourcing through offer close for the engineering organization.
• Partner with the CTO and Head of Talent to grow the engineering team and develop the recruiting function.
• Design, test, measure, and continuously improve sourcing strategies and talent assessment approaches.
• Integrate AI tools into research, personalization, outreach, and pipeline management.
• Advise engineering leaders on hiring decisions, assessment signals, and recruiting process improvements.
• Deliver a substantive, human candidate experience and track recruiting metrics.

Requirements

• At least three years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing technical talent and managing recruiting processes through close.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to redesign recruiting approaches based on data.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders rather than only executing predefined processes.
• AI must already be a practical part of the recruiting workflow.
• Comfort working through ambiguity, experimentation, and iterative improvement.
