Recruiter (Singapore)

Location: Singapore office, hybrid working environment. In-person onboarding is required if hired.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for business functions, especially sales and marketing.
• Partner with leaders and hiring managers to develop top-of-funnel strategies and talent plans.
• Build representative talent pipelines through cold outreach, events, content production, inbound applications, and referrals.
• Use recruiting data to inform hiring strategies and present insights to executives.
• Identify and drive business improvement initiatives for recruiting processes and practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience in a high-growth business.
• Experience partnering with senior executives on high-volume searches in go-to-market organizations.
• Expert knowledge of the SaaS and scaling technology landscape in APAC, particularly Singapore.
• Advanced sourcing and passive candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to build talent strategies with hiring managers while delivering a strong candidate experience.

Nice to have

• Experience hiring across multiple APAC countries.
• Proficiency in an additional Asian language, such as Japanese or Korean.
