Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition

Location: Remote - US

Salary: $170,000–$200,000 USD base salary per year, with potential bonus or commission and equity.

What you will do

• Translate business and workforce priorities into actionable talent acquisition strategies.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team while staying involved in critical and senior-level searches.
• Partner with senior leaders and People Business Partners on workforce planning, role design, talent profiles, and hiring decisions.
• Build talent pipelines and establish consistent practices across sourcing, assessment, interviewing, selection, and closing.
• Use recruiting data to identify trends, improve effectiveness, and strengthen hiring-manager capability.
• Improve candidate experience, employer brand, vendor partnerships, and recruiting workflows through AI and automation.

Requirements

• Significant Talent Acquisition leadership experience in a fast-moving, scaling, global organization.
• Experience in SaaS and managing international recruiting teams.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and influencing workforce decisions.
• Ability to combine strategic planning with hands-on execution and operate through ambiguity.
• Experience building structured, consistent, inclusive hiring practices and using recruiting metrics.
• Strong coaching, communication, business judgment, ownership, and follow-through.
