Plant Process Manager

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop the Process and Quality Engineering team.
• Drive continuous improvement to improve quality, efficiency, cost, energy performance, and plant productivity.
• Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving activities for process and quality issues.
• Monitor process performance, analyse production data, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Plan, document, and evaluate process trials and support manufacturing strategy projects.
• Maintain process standards, specifications, documentation, and databases while delivering process training across manufacturing teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Chemistry, Industrial Technology, or a related discipline.
• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.
• Experience with process improvement, operational excellence, cost reduction, and performance optimisation.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, and environmental standards in manufacturing.
• Experience analysing production data, leading improvement projects, managing stakeholders, and using Microsoft Office, ERP, or MES platforms.
