What you will do
- Provide SAP subject matter expertise for internal and external queries.
- Create, maintain, and convert Bills of Materials for full systems, buildable assemblies, and spares.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve PDM standards, procedures, and local SAP processes.
- Investigate cross-functional data issues, identify root causes, and present practical solutions.
- Work with the global SAP team and multiple departments to define, document, and revision-control BOM structures.
- Train and introduce SAP to new engineering starters.
Requirements
- Expert understanding and experience with SAP.
- Experience training and developing others.
- Experience initiating continuous or process improvements.
- Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to process high data volumes accurately.
- Good Microsoft Excel and Office 365 knowledge, with the ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
