Enterprise Risk Management Analyst

Location: Fully onsite in Phoenix, Arizona, United States at 2155 W Pinnacle Peak Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85027

Salary: $60,000–$95,000 per year, with potential performance-based incentive compensation

What you will do

• Support enterprise risk assessments using established standards, methodologies, and risk identification practices.
• Prepare assessment materials, maintain documentation, track action items, and support governance and oversight activities.
• Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and presentations covering assessment results, risk exposures, and identified issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, risk professionals, and subject matter experts to gather information and apply consistent risk management practices.
• Contribute to quality assurance, effective challenge, continuous improvement, and the maintenance of risk processes, standards, taxonomies, and methodologies.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable banking regulations, policies, and required compliance training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, IT, information security, AI, risk management, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in banking, risk management, compliance, IT/information security, AI, or audit.
• Working knowledge of risk identification, assessment, monitoring, reporting, and operational or enterprise risk management concepts.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex information to varied audiences.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Power BI; familiarity with IRM/GRC systems is helpful.
• Ability to solve problems with moderate supervision and work with multiple business units and stakeholders.
