Enterprise Risk Manager (AI)

Location: Hiring across the United States. Employees within 25 miles of a DXC office are expected to work in hybrid mode twice a week.

Salary: $95,900–$178,100 annually.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise and functional risk assessments and maintain ERM frameworks, procedures, guidance, and documentation.
• Facilitate structured risk discussions with business and functional leaders to identify strategic, operational, emerging, digital transformation, and AI-related risks.
• Track mitigation actions, maintain accountability with risk owners, and define key risk indicators and metrics.
• Prepare management-ready risk summaries, dashboards, presentations, and executive-level reporting.
• Improve ERM tools, workflows, dashboards, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Develop risk-awareness training and support initiatives involving risk governance, operational resilience, business transformation, and special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in enterprise risk management, strategy, business, finance, information systems, or a related field.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• Relevant certification such as CRMA, COSO, CRISC, or CPA, or commitment to obtain one within the first year.
• 5–8 years of experience in enterprise risk management, operational risk, strategy, or a related discipline; Big Four experience required.
• Experience leading risk assessments, preparing executive and Board reporting, facilitating stakeholder discussions, and translating complex information into practical insights.
• Knowledge of AI tools and LLMs; proficiency with Microsoft Office and advanced PowerPoint. Experience with GRC platforms and Power BI is preferred.
