Enterprise Risk Analyst (Operational Risk)

Location: Remote for residents of WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, SC, NC, CA, or VA. Washington residents within reasonable driving distance of the Tukwila headquarters are expected onsite Tuesdays and Wednesdays; other approved remote locations are fully remote.

Salary: $88,000–$107,500 target pay range annually; full pay range $68,300–$127,500 annually. Performance-based compensation incentives may also be available.

What you will do

• Facilitate Risk & Control Self-Assessments with business process owners and review RCSAs for quality and consistency.
• Perform control validation and testing, including sample selection, evidence gathering, documentation review, and evaluation of control effectiveness.
• Review control deficiencies and management action plans, provide challenge, and monitor remediation.
• Support business continuity planning, testing, program administration, and organizational resilience activities.
• Produce risk reporting and analysis, collect loss event data, and improve visibility into enterprise risk trends.
• Administer Archer-based risk processes and contribute to enterprise risk initiatives, program enhancements, and special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with coursework in finance, statistics, another quantitative area, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of applicable enterprise risk or audit experience; 3 years preferred.
• Knowledge of risk and controls, internal controls, and risk management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Project management skills.
• Experience with GRC or quantitative platforms is desired.
