Relationship Manager, Business Banking - Bilingual

Location: Onsite full-time in Montreal-Complexe Guy-Favreau, Canada

What you will do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of business-only clients, deepening relationships and addressing their financial and credit needs.
• Build relationships with Centres of Influence and generate referrals through in-person and digital channels.
• Identify opportunities for deposit, credit, cash management, and other business banking solutions.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline of diverse business banking opportunities.
• Collaborate with Imperial Service, Personal Banking, Private Banking, and other internal specialists to meet client needs.
• Participate in community events and outreach activities to strengthen local brand awareness and generate new business.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Business Banking or Commercial Banking.
• Strong knowledge of credit, cash management products and services, business cash flow, and financial analysis.
• Established network in the local business community.
• Undergraduate degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Fluent French and English required to serve clients in the community.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
