Bilingual Credit Analyst

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; onsite 4 days per week with the option to work remotely 1 day per week

Salary: $63,124.00–$90,173.00 CAD per year

What you will do

• Evaluate the creditworthiness of new and existing customers, establish credit limits, and maintain security files.
• Create and implement collection plans for overdue accounts through phone and electronic communication.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on high-risk accounts and resolve outstanding balances.
• Ensure credit activities comply with processes, corporate policies, and internal controls.
• Manage departmental reports, presentations, data, and daily administrative support.

Requirements

• High school diploma with 2+ years of Accounting or Finance experience, or a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of Accounting or Finance experience, preferably in credit, accounts receivable, or financial analysis.
• Experience implementing strong internal controls.
• Advanced professional communication skills in English and French, written and verbal.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to negotiate in a customer-oriented environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of corporate financial statements and financial viability assessment.
• Experience obtaining security documentation and guarantees.
• Experience with SAP.
