Field Support Supervisor (Formwork and Scaffolding)

Location: Mansfield, Texas, United States; hybrid schedule with work from home permissible on Monday and Friday within normal commuting distance of the Mansfield office; domestic travel up to 50% for client visits.

What you will do

• Provide on-site technical support for fast, easy, and safe assembly of formwork, shoring, and scaffolding projects.
• Schedule and manage the project pipeline to maximize resource utilization.
• Train employees on the use and assembly of hirify.global products.
• Identify equipment problems and causes, develop action plans, and coordinate resolutions with internal departments.
• Lead, coach, and mentor the Field Support team while identifying business risks and opportunities.
• Implement best practices to improve efficiency, profitability, timeline accuracy, and safety compliance.

Requirements

• 10 years of exhirify.globalence in the concrete formwork industry.
• 10 years of exhirify.globalence applying construction standards and safety requirements.
• 5 years of exhirify.globalence using concrete formwork products and solutions in the field.
• 5 years of project management exhirify.globalence.
• 5 years of exhirify.globalence identifying and implementing process improvements.
• 5 years of exhirify.globalence in cost-effective resource utilization.
