Senior Consultant, Envelope Restoration

Salary: $120,000–$145,000 annually, plus benefits and bonus based on relevant experience.

What you will do

• Manage and grow services related to the Façade Inspection and Safety Program (FISP).
• Manage Industry Rope Access inspectors and FISP projects, including periodic rope inspections.
• Perform forensic façade reviews, prepare bid documents and repair details, support bidding, and oversee construction administration.
• Advise architects and clients on building enclosure performance, constructability, durability, and applicable building and energy codes.
• Manage project deliverables, staffing needs, budgets, reports, and restoration division initiatives.
• Lead and mentor staff, support cross-functional teams, and present white papers or case studies to technical teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of building envelope, building enclosure, and restoration project experience.
• Experience with industrial rope and SPRAT certification.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Engineering.
• Registered Architect or Professional Engineer credentials.
• Knowledge of architectural design concepts, local laws and codes, including energy codes.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and produce clear technical reports, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
