Talent Acquisition Partner, Data Centers EMEA (Data Center and Construction Recruitment): Leading end-to-end hiring for data center, MEP, construction, commissioning, and operations teams across EMEA with an accent on niche sourcing, market intelligence, and stakeholder partnership. What you will do
- Own hiring delivery across EMEA data center functions, including site development, design, MEP, construction, commissioning, and operations.
- Run full-cycle recruiting from intake and calibration through sourcing, assessment design, interviews, offers, and closing.
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies and recurring pipelines for niche MEP, construction, project management, commissioning, planning, commercial, and data center operations roles.
- Partner with internal stakeholders, including senior leaders, to shape hiring plans and improve selection quality.
- Provide market intelligence on compensation, competitors, talent availability, and realistic time-to-fill expectations.
- Improve structured interviewing, evidence-based decision-making, and the candidate experience.
Requirements
- 6+ years of recruiting experience, with significant expertise in data center or construction hiring.
- Experience recruiting across data center ecosystems such as hyperscalers, colocation providers, engineering consultancies, or construction firms.
- Experience hiring MEP, construction, and technical infrastructure professionals, including design engineers, project managers, commissioning specialists, and project controls professionals.
- Strong sourcing, market mapping, talent research, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to recruit across different seniority levels and navigate geographic, compliance, and compensation complexity.
- Experience contributing to compensation, leveling, interviewing, and negotiation decisions.
