What you will do

• Support hiring across G&A and business functions, including People, Finance, Legal, Strategy, Marketing, Design, Communications, and Operations.
• Source candidates proactively and creatively from corporate, scale-up, high-performance, and mission-driven environments.
• Partner with senior business leaders on role design, organisational needs, and hiring prioritisation.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience aligned with the organisation’s standards.
• Track recruiting pipeline performance, identify bottlenecks, and improve hiring outcomes using data.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience hiring G&A or business function talent in high-growth or complex environments.
• Proven success hiring talent from top-performing companies, scale-ups, or mission-driven organisations.
• Strong sourcing skills with a creative and research-led approach.
• Autonomous working style and comfort operating in fast-moving, high-context environments.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to advise senior stakeholders and influence hiring strategy.
